We believe there is a problem with the soccer pathway. Competitive level players have weekly sessions by qualified coaches, while recreational players have volunteer coaches. The truth is: the rep players are getting better and the house league players stagnate. Players develop at different ages and it’s not fair that house league players are left behind. Our goal is to make quality technical coaching available to all. Players of all skill levels are completely welcome at Xprosoccer. Our technical sessions will allow them to flourish and fulfil their potential. Let’s bridge that gap and create a proper pathway.
Coaches are the key to producing quality players. Without the input and guidance of a quality coach, players will struggle to reach their true potential.

He played semi-pro in his younger days, holds coaching qualifications in Scotland and Canada, and still plays with the Oshawa FC over 35s today. Having coached rep and house league, he knows what it takes for players to improve to that next level.
